    Hi Jo,

    Thanks for the update – yes it is all my organic searches that have disappeared and only sponsored keywords showing.  At least I am not the only one and Amazon aware of it.  Will sit tight and hope it gets resolved soon.

    Hi Jo,

    Not good that the Amazon provider converting to German etc is sending out such outdated info.

    Do the Platinum keywords play a role in the customer searching or only ‘search terms’?  Also understand words in your Product description also add up to keywords – or is that only Header and Bullets + Search terms?

    Just want to make sure using all that is available to us.

    Thanks guys, I am super chuffed.

     

    Yes the question is where best to get loans/funding for Amazon sellers.  I could approach the bank but understand that there are Amazon providers who provide you a loan to buy inventory and then recover costs (certain %) when Amazon pay you out every 2 weeks until loan paid?

    Cash flow is a serious issue for me wanting to up scale so what is the best and most cost effective way to do this?  If I had more inventory I would have sold more – but cash flow was my issue as Amazon held back 50 – 60% every payment over Nov / Dec and only now received most of the sales.

    So I have to first register in the market place before I can add a product ASIN.  So I dont go from listing page and add a product to a marketplace?  Thats what I find confusing.

    Thanks I will try out the translation tool provided – registered for one product to start with in Germany. Ohh so exciting …. just a thought thou, can I FBM from the UK vs sending in stock to Germany?  I have a prep centre who can do this and the spice sets are prepped already for ecommerce shipping.   Might save on the UK FBA fees which understand are high?

    Thanks guys!  Isaac I did join Sponsored Profit and been optimising the last few weeks, seen some great improvement already.  Very impressed with this tool so far and should be moving up to the next level shortly – just in time for Q4.

    Thanks Amanda, will check sales and CPC under this search term.  My stocks are good (doubled up from last year) but if I do sell well under this term I could run out!  Very hard to predict sales volume when these spice gift sets only sell well in Q4!! But I hope to smash it after all the training and implementation!

    Hi Paul,

    I am starting on this journey to try and get into the EU, well firstly Germany and currently a UK seller.  I am going thru VAT registration with AVASK – even thou my products are zero VAT rated (grocery – spices).

    Not sure on this ‘responsible person’, can it not be run from UK with compliance specifications etc.?  My products are also in German, Spanish and English only so my understanding I wont beable to market in Italy as not in Italian?

    Would appreciate some guidance or anything need to overcome  – I see Isaac comments re margins/FBA costs etc which will double check but I dont have to worry about VAT so does not eat into profits.

    Thank Regan, will cut it down to bare minimum and see if gets accepted/rejected.  I did go thru the guide and don’t see any reason why not complying.

    I am the rights owner and only seller and when launched this brand provided all the evidence needed.  I was able to edit the title by changing ‘while in on the listing; and not copy pasting a new version, seemed to accept it.

    Also just wanted to ask if can use ‘symbols’ as tags,think I saw it on your demo training.  So instead of ** use a Chilli picture/emoji?  With each spice can use one,two or three chillies to determine heat?

    Is this advisable or does Amazon not like it?

    As mentioned before I am an agent for these products (FBA) and not the brand owner with exclusive UK/EU distribution rights.  Hence my focus to create my own brand… Majestic Peacock – Carving knife.

    I have opened a website selling these products but not very active – focusing ad spend on Amazon as per training.  Would this be sufficient?

    Surely we should be able to update any part of the listing even if Title?  It is just a change of words and not product?

    Thanks for your valued feedback, you are all so good at copywriting and certainly gets me thinking!  I think I am doing a good job but clearly not.

    Just tried to update my Title and got the below error message on Amazon saying cant update?  How do I go about this – contact seller central and raise a case or do a Product update using Product upload file to import the changes?

    Hi

    Thanks Amanda for your feedback.  I did use reverse ASIN on competitors to find these search terms and how many being searched.  I am sourcing a carving knife/chef knife and depends what price point it comes in at to determine which one I go with.  My PAB indicated carving knife is good to go.
