Great advice from Regan below. And to call out an important point he mentioned, you can pass on all or part of all of the shipping costs to the customer, depending on the product and the price the customer will be prepared to pay.

And as for storage, $99 is not a massive expense, especially when I paid over $5,000 to Amazon in Q4 last year for their Q4 FBA!! (thanks Amazon!!)
