1 – You can do both or one or the other, but Amanda (I believe) is saying that because you expressed nervousness towards the emails, you can try to rely on the Request a Review button. Not recommended, but we also can’t make all the decisions about what has risk or not in your business. Hopefully, that makes sense.
2 – The Request a Review button doesn’t even allow you to send the request until something like 14 days after purchase. So, the email being sent at 10 days would still be fine.
3 – They just suspend your ability to send out emails. Unless you are incentivizing reviews. Then they can suspend your account. However, our emails do NOT have anything about incentivized reviews. So, if you follow the training, you shouldn’t run into that big of an issue if any.
