Hi Amy,

With the H10 free service there is a limit to features, such the number of Black Box searches you can use.  If you head over to the H10 website and click on the H10 Pricing link, you’ll see an overview of the feature for each subscription.

And yes  you have to be Brand registered to have access to Brand Analytics.
