Nathan, we look forward to seeing your rewritten emails. If you follow the email training, you should be able to get an engaging email sequence that captures your ‘brand voice’.
I do suggest that you focus on getting the email written before worrying too much about MBS.
Amazon’s Communication Guidelines say that you should ask a customer for a review once. It’s a bit a grey area if asking for review in an email as well as pressing the ‘Request a review’ button counts as 2 times. I think it probably does so I don’t specifically ask for a review in my emails anymore.
Anyway, don’t get fussed about that right now. We can discuss that and other things when you post your email wordings for our feedback.
