I have not heard of any success from requesting ‘Retract a violation’. This seems to be for the person who raised the violation, because Amazon always says the party that initiated the infringement is the only one that can retract it. But follow the lawyer’s advice and see how you go. If you are brand registered, yes you can go through that support team.
