Hey Nathan – I totally agree with Isaac.   5 star for this one!!

For the brand name/logo, your ultimate objective is to have a name that your audience understands immediately and can have an affinity with and doesn’t require any explanations.

So if your target market understands ‘Phase 2 Tactical’ instantly and it’s not misunderstood as a generic phrase but can be seen as a ‘brand name’, you’re on a winner.   If this is the case, you’d just need to check the USPTO trademark TESS database to ensure it’s available.    If it’s a generic term, you may find challenges in trademark approval but you have a few things to work through before you get that point.
