Unfortunately, this does not show up in your case log. You do get a canned response back stating that if you want to report a problem with intellectual property that you need to fill out a form.
I was able to talk with someone in customer support and eventually they gave me this link.

From here you can select “report a violation”, enter a full length description, and add attachments. It then shows up in your case log. Mine is currently showing a transferred status. Not sure what that means but at least I didn’t get a canned response back. 🙂
