Thank you for your comment. Yes, I will try to get more comfortable with launching products before pushing it too fast.
Regarding the risk, this question is related to the question that I posted in the Office Hour today. Since FBA is an inventory based business, the more revenue that you generate, the more inventory that you need to keep. So, how would you reduce the risk on something that is not under your control (i.e., competition, pandemic etc.). Would you diversify your product range ( or expand the product category) ? For example, in case the travel category turns slow during the pandemic, I can put my focus in other category, vice versa.
The above are just my thoughts while thinking about new products.
