1) I understand that Seller Central has an Inventory Dashboard that also notifies you whenever you are about to run out of stock. It also (dynamically) tells you how many days of stocks that you have remained and receommend the restocking dates. So, how can we use this Amazon Seller Central information, togehter with the REAL Inventory Forecast Planner, to better manage the accuracy of the inventory forecast ?
2) As mentioned in the Training video, the Amazon business is an Inventory based business. As our Revenue grow, our inventory value will grow. So, apart from an accurate Inventory Forecast, who do Amazon Sellers reduce the risk of this FBA business ? There are risk from the competition, market trend/saturation, the pandemic etc., all of these are out of our control.
